Terms & Conditions

Due to the limited availability of our land train event tickets, we regret that we cannot issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made and cannot be held responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen.

 

The tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of The West Express at J West Seasonal Store.

Please check your tickets in your basket before checkout as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. If using a smart phone you can add your tickets directly to your wallet via our e-ticket system.

If the event you are booked onto is cancelled we will email you to inform you prior to the event time. Please note that we cannot guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of a cancellation before the date of travel.

Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person, per credit/debit card and, for some events a restriction may apply per household. We reserve the right to cancel tickets without prior notice if purchased in excess of this limit.

If you require any additional information, please contact us and have your ticket to hand with your purchase name and ticket date & time.

In the event of rearranging tickets due to special circumstances, it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check the original booking/tickets has been cancelled for the new date and time. (Please Note- you will not necessarily receive an email containing your new tickets if booked with us in store.)

If any ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than J West Seasonal Store, it may be voided and the holder may be refused travel.

Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as visitors.

The ticket holder must comply with all signage, staff, safety announcements, rules and regulations, whilst travelling on The West Express. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable any staff member to refuse to carry anyone as a passenger.

J West Seasonal Store. does not guarantee that the train will arrive or depart at the times stated and reserves the right to cancel, alter or suspend any train time without notice. Full refund if we cancel our event.

Your customer details will only be used for the marketing purposes of J West Seasonal Store and will not be passed to any Third Party Company for marketing use. J West Seasonal Store accepts no responsibility for any personal property.

 

J West Seasonal Store reserves the right to refuse admission should passengers breach any Rules and Regulations stated below.

Rules & Regulations 

  • Children under 2 years old ride free* except for certain events.

  • Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a fare paying adult.

  • Passengers must remain seated and not lean out of the carriages.

  • Rides are at the passenger's own risk.

  • Listen and adhere to safety announcements and staff directions.

  • No Smoking on any of the carriages or in any buildings.

  • All events and parking ground conditions are subject to recent weather.

  • Limited parking available please come in one vehicle where possible.

  • Cars parked at owners risk.
